The Optics + Photonics 2009 Student Chapter Leadership Workshop was the spot to meet and network with peers in optics from around the world!
The 8th annual two-day workshop began early morning in August 1, 2009 when 130 students from around the world gathered to share experiences and ideas.
Robert Sargsyan was elected to present Yerevan State University Chapter on the workshop.

We received award for our website as an honorably mentioned chapter website.

Our chapter received Education Outreach Grant for organization of International Advanced Research Workshop MPOP-2009, to promote scientific activity in the Region and simulate scientific collaborations between young scientists and students.
