There were more than 120 participants from Armenia, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, India, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan and Ukraine. There were 26 plenary, 41 oral talks and 30 poster presentations. The overwhelming majority of the participants were students and young scientists, which have talks with experienced scientists.
The program committee of the workshop elected 3 students for the best presentations. These students: Artur Davoyan (Australia), Elena Silaeva (Russia), Dariusz Lukaszewski (Poland), have been invested with certificates and awarded with the prize.
During the workshop have been developed international interactions and established important scientific contacts. Interesting talks helped to remain abreast of scientific developments in area of Quantum informatics, Laser physics, Photonic Crystals, Quantum Nanostructures and etc.
